• Data Collected: Sana Instagram Feed add-on does not store your Instagram login information or content in our database. We only store your Instagram Access Token, which is used to retrieve your photos and video thumbnails from Instagram’s API. The add-on retrieves your content from Instagram’s API and displays it as HTML when your web page is loaded. The add-on does not collect any data from Sana webstore visitors.
• Data Storage: The stored Instagram Access Token is securely kept within your webstore database after being encrypted using SHA-512. It is used solely for the purpose of retrieving Instagram content.

2. Information Displayed by the Add-on

• Content Displayed: The add-on displays your photos, video thumbnails, and your Instagram username. These photos and video thumbnails are clickable and link to the original post on Instagram. Your Instagram username is also displayed as a link to your Instagram account.
• Read-Only Access: The add-on is designed with "read-only" access to your Instagram data. It does not publish, edit, or delete any data on the Instagram platform. The add-on solely displays your Instagram content and does not allow actions such as liking, commenting, or editing content.

3. Data Processing Compliance

• Purpose of Data Processing: The Instagram Access Token is processed exclusively for retrieving and displaying your Instagram content on your webstore. The processing is carried out in full compliance with Meta’s terms and applicable laws and regulations.
• Server-Side API Calls: All API calls to Instagram’s API are made server-side. The Access Token is used in these server-side operations and is not visible or accessible to end users. This ensures that the token data remains secure and is not exposed through the web interface.
• User Rights: You may request the deletion of your stored Instagram Access Token at any time. This can be done through the add-on's settings, where you can delete the add-on, which will delete the access token from the webstore database.

4. Sharing of Data

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties under any circumstances.

5. Removal of Stored Data

• Data Deletion on Removal: When the add-on is deleted from the webstore, the stored access token is automatically deleted from the database. Users can also manually remove the stored access token via the add-on settings.

6. Compliance and Updates

• Policy Compliance: This privacy policy complies with all applicable laws and Meta's privacy policy requirements. We may revise this policy in the future. If we make a material change, we will update this page, and by continuing to use the add-on, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
